Chauffeured car service in Japan and how to book
From sending a booking request, paying, and confirming the details to meeting your driver on the day of travel.
Booking steps through departure day
1. Ask about booking on LINE
Send us your preferred travel dates and itinerary through our official LINE account.
2. Payment
Once our team has confirmed availability, we will send a confirmation email with your booking details and a payment email. Check your dates, itinerary, passenger count, vehicle type, and the amount due. If everything is correct, pay within 72 hours to avoid automatic cancellation.
3. Booking confirmation and trip details
After payment is confirmed, you will receive an official booking confirmation email. One day before your trip, we will send your driver's details, contact information, and vehicle details. You can contact us at any time through LINE Official or Facebook to request changes, cancel, or ask questions.
4. Travel day and meeting your driver
Our team will monitor your flight to adjust your pickup time to your actual arrival. We normally contact you through LINE and can agree on another method in advance if you prefer.
Where to meet your driver
Airport rules require drivers to stay near their vehicles, so they cannot collect you inside the terminal. Please go to the pickup point our team gives you in advance.
Narita Airport Terminal 1
Alphard / van
After collecting your bags and clearing customs, leave the arrivals lobby on the first floor. Outside, find the pedestrian crossing between bus stops 9 and 10. Cross two pedestrian crossings to reach the outermost pickup lane, where your driver will be waiting. See the map for reference.
Tour coach parking
Leave Terminal 1 through Exit S2 and turn left. Follow the walkway straight ahead and cross the pedestrian crossing to the chartered bus parking area in front of you.
Narita Airport Terminal 2

After collecting your bags and clearing customs, leave the arrivals lobby on the first floor. Outside, find the pedestrian crossing between bus stops 17 and 18. Cross two pedestrian crossings to reach the outermost pickup lane, where your driver will be waiting. See the map for reference.

Haneda Airport Terminal 1

After collecting your bags and clearing customs, leave the arrivals lobby on the first floor. Outside you will find bus stops 0 and 19. We will park at one of them, and your driver will tell you which on the day you arrive. See the map for reference.
Haneda Airport Terminal 2 (2F)

After collecting your bags and clearing customs, leave the arrivals lobby on the second floor. Turn left outside and walk to the far end of the pickup area, where your driver will be waiting. See the map for reference.
